La Villa Palmera

In the charming village of Canet, just a stone's throw from the Hérault river, Villa Palmera offers calm, comfort and a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The Holiday cottage is also beautifully decorated and boasts a beautiful outdoor area with a Piscine! Sleeping 6, the Holiday cottage is equipped with WiFi and ducted air-conditioning, and boasts a modern, fully-equipped 50 m² living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area.

In the living room, you'll find two sofas and a leather armchair, a TV, a radio/hifi terminal, an exercise bike and an Arcade terminal, all elegantly decorated. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine and traditional coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob...

The gîte has three bedrooms, the first of which is ideal for children or friends, with two single beds, a desk and a cupboard with lots of board games! The second bedroom has a double bed with lamps and bedside tables, plus a large storage cupboard. The third bedroom has a double bed, a sofa bed for an extra person, and an en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin with mirror. The gîte also has a separate shower room with bath, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer and washing machine, as well as a separate WC.
Baby equipment is available (cot, high chair, bathtub, etc.).

Outside, accessible from the gîte's living room, you can enjoy an overhanging terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding area, and a second terrace below, in the shade of a large plane tree, as well as a large, unoverlooked swimming pool, 8m x 4m, 1.40m deep, salt-treated, with bar cover and underwater alarm, and a flower-filled relaxation area.

During your stay at Villa Palmera, take time to explore the village of Canet, typical of the middle Hérault valley, and stroll around its Grand Place in the shade of century-old plane trees, and through the narrow streets of the old town.
