La Villa Ardilla

Between sea and mountains, near the Salagou lake and the Hérault river, the Villa Ardilla is a totally independent 120m² house, very bright, in a quiet location, close to the village center and shops.

This ground-floor accommodation includes a fully-equipped kitchen (1 traditional coffee maker and 1 Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large combination fridge and freezer), a living room with hi-fi radio, DVD player and video films, and a recreation room with books and table soccer.

You'll also find three bedrooms with double beds (2 beds 140x190 and 1 bed 160x200), a bedroom with single beds (2 beds 90x190), a convertible sofa (BZ 140 cm x 190 cm) in the lounge, 2 shower rooms, one with washing machine and 2 WCs.

Heating included via heat pump, individually-controlled ducted air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.
Electric gate.

Private swimming pool (6X3X1.4m, deckchairs) with two means of protection (tarpaulin with bars and underwater alarm) accessible from April 15 to October 15 with deckchairs. Enclosed grounds with flowers and trees 800 m², terraces, garden furniture, barbecue. On-site parking.
Parking within the garden for 2 to 3 vehicles.

Baby equipment (high chair, bath and changing mat, folding bed). Numerous games (board games, fun games, early-learning games, etc.).
Housekeeping, bed linen, towels and household linen rental available on request. Electric car recharging station (fee payable on site).

Pets accepted at extra cost. For more than one animal, the owners' agreement is required.
Please note that optional towels are available in packs of two (€7).
