Just outside the hamlet, in the heart of a typical Minervois winegrowing landscape, this house is an ideal base from which to discover a region rich in character and history. Just a few kilometers away, Minerve, the Cathar town perched high above the Cesse gorges, offers spectacular scenery and narrow streets steeped in history. In the wider region, you can visit Narbonne and its Roman heritage, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and Lake Jouarres, a popular water sports destination. Nature lovers will also enjoy the Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc, ideal for Hiking, mountain biking and rock-climbing, while the surrounding vineyards invite you to discover Muscats and AOC wines. The 80m2 Holiday cottage is arranged over two levels and offers well-thought-out spaces for a comfortable stay. On the first floor, you'll find a pleasant, functional kitchen area opening onto the living room, complemented by a laundry room and separate toilet. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a corner fireplace, particularly appreciated on winter evenings. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A baby bed is also available: - Bedroom 1: 1 x 160 cm bed - Bedroom 2: 2 x 1-person beds The bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with mosquito nets for optimum comfort in all seasons. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed area with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
Private parking is available on the property, and bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available on request at an additional cost. Electricity is included at 56 kW per week, plus 4 kg of gas for heating.
