Near the sea, the pond of Thau and the spa of Balaruc baths, the cottage «The vine» is located in an old wine estate, in the center of the village of Poussan. In a large courtyard (1,600 m²) and a walled garden (4,400 m²) shared with the other occupants of the estate and the owners' apartment (presence of 3 other gites), you will stay in a 40 m² gîte located on the ground floor of an old farm building. Wheelchair accessible for a person with reduced mobility accompanied (contact the owner for more details). Kitchen area in living room equipped with a bed (90x190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190 cm), bathroom/ WC. Electric heating. Television and washing machine in the cottage. Terrace overlooking the garden, garden furniture. Parking space reserved in the courtyard. A barbecue, a ping-pong table and a covered shelter to park bicycles are available to the occupants of the cottages. Cot and high chair on request before arrival. Electric car charging socket available from March 2024. (to be reported when booking) TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: coastal beaches, Sète (port, jousts), Mèze and Bouzigues (villages on the edge of the Thau pond, oyster farming), Montpellier (Fabre museum, summer festivals), Pézenas (heritage, city of Molière), Cap d'Agde seaside resort, Béziers (the 9 locks, canal du midi), Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and gorges de l'hérault, etc. No excess capacity allowed. In case of cleaning not done at the end of the stay, a fee of 50 € will be charged on the deposit. Your pet is welcome, in compliance with the welcome charter of the Gîtes de France. Only one pet accepted for a specific deposit of 50 €. Discount for stays of 3 weeks or more: Very low season: -25%, Low season: -20%; Medium season: -15%; High season: -10%.
