On the heights of Clermont l'Hérault, this Countryside Holiday cottage offers comfort and tranquility close to Lake Salagou and the emblematic landscapes of the heart of Hérault.

Stay in an area branded with unique volcanic landscapes and a rare natural heritage. Just a few minutes away, Lake du Salagou attracts visitors, hikers and cyclists with its unique red earth and water sports. Not far away, the Cirque de Mourèze unveils a spectacular mineral landscape shaped by time. The region is also punctuated by remarkable heritage sites: Saint Guilhem le Désert, a village classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, with its abbey, the Hérault gorges and Villeneuvette, a former royal factory nestled in a green setting. The ground floor features a living room and kitchen, offering a convivial space for preparing meals or gathering together. A shower room with toilet completes this level. Upstairs is the sleeping area with two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: one 140x190 cm bed; Bedroom 2: two 90x190 cm beds; A second toilet is also available upstairs. Outside, you'll find a 90 m2 private courtyard, ideal for outdoor meals thanks to the garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. A secure bike shelter and parking area complete the facilities.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's residence, is air-conditioned and equipped with reversible heating to ensure a pleasant atmosphere in all seasons. Linen hire and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras. Electricity is included up to a maximum of 2 kW per day per person, with a surcharge applied above that.
