Located just 3 km from the Beach, this Holiday cottage is part of an estate with 3 cottages. Each has its own independent entrance, not overlooked.

You'll be in the heart of an area where the Vineyard, the Mediterranean and the villages of character make up a privileged setting. The coast offers beautiful walks to the resorts of Cap d'Agde or Valras, while the hinterland reveals the narrow streets of Pézenas and its rich heritage. Further afield, the landscapes of the Canal du Midi invite you to take a peaceful stroll, while the Oppidum d'Ensérune offers a remarkable insight into the region's ancient history.

The 47 m2 Holiday cottage offers a functional living space with a living room and fully-equipped kitchenette, ideal for organizing meals.
The layout has been designed to offer you a practical and comfortable stay, with Electric heating, WIFI, a 28 L electric oven and a TV.
The rooms are arranged as follows:

bedroom 1: 1 x 160 cm bed with bolster and pillows
bedroom 2: 2 x 90cm beds with pillows

There is also a shower room and separate WC.

The exterior adds a real plus to your stay: a private courtyard and terrace let you enjoy the Mediterranean climate, with garden furniture, barbecue and access to the grounds.
The three Holiday cottages share a shady, fenced-in park with a play area for Kids and table tennis, ideal for family get-togethers. The Holiday cottage is entirely non-smoking.
