With a capacity of 7 people, the house offers 4 bedrooms with hotel bedding:

- 1 single bedroom.
- 3 double bedrooms, including a large master suite on the first floor with dressing room and private bathroom, ideal for privacy.
Upstairs, the three other bedrooms, in soft, soothing hues, offer a cosy, relaxing space. All feature functional storage space.

The spacious, light-filled living areas include a comfortable living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, a convivial dining area and a large, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, wine cellar and numerous utensils).

The house's real asset, the terrace, which is not overlooked, invites you to relax with its year-round jacuzzi. It has been carefully furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, an electric plancha and a temperate outdoor shower.

Designed with your Wellbeing in mind, the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms and a high-performance Wi-Fi connection, ideal for Telework or long-term stays. There's also a quiet area where you can work in comfort. Washing machine and dryer are also available.

A large enclosed garage can accommodate up to three cars, as well as bikes or motorcycles.

Ideally located close to the shops, the house is the perfect base for discovering the must-sees of the Herault region: Lake Salagou and its red landscapes, the Mourèze cirque, the Herault gorges, the Devil's Bridge, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Saint-Jean-de-Fos and its potters, Pézenas, Molière's City, and Montpellier 35 km away.
