Here, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting just minutes from the famous Pic Saint-Loup, the region's landmark. Picturesque lanes and shops within walking distance make your stay convenient and pleasant. In the surrounding area, nature and heritage lovers will be delighted: Hiking on the Pic Saint-Loup trails, canoeing in the Hérault gorges, or discovering Montpellier, a dynamic cultural city less than 30 minutes away. Languedoc's renowned Vineyards and medieval villages complete this exceptional setting.

The detached house, designed to accommodate up to 8 people, offers a traditional ambience combined with modern comforts. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), a convivial living room with sofa and TV, and a dining room for sharing meals. Two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet are also available in the Holiday cottage.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x190) + 2 Bunk beds (80x190)

Outside, enjoy a private garden and covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha. The private outdoor swimming pool promises moments of relaxation under the Mediterranean sun. Private parking in front of the house, air conditioning and washing machine complete the facilities.
