In Teyran, just outside Montpellier, you'll find a Holiday cottage that's ideal for exploring the Hérault region. A short drive will take you from the trails of the Pic Saint-Loup, a true hiker's paradise, to villages of character such as Castries and its castle. History buffs will appreciate the archeological site of Ambrussum, the Domitian Way and its Roman bridge, which tell the story of Antiquity in the midst of nature. Further south, the Camargue and its unique landscapes, the Salins du Midi and the medieval town of Aigues Mortes offer a complete change of scenery. You can also stroll through the lively streets of Montpellier, Nîmes or Sète before ending the day on the beaches of Carnon, Palavas or La Grande Motte.

Holiday cottage La Plaine Guillaume (air-conditioned) is located on the second floor (completely independent) of the owners' house, designed for a quiet stay with friends or as a couple. You'll find a bright living room with TV, sofa and library for relaxing moments. The separate kitchen, also upstairs, is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. A bathroom includes a shower, WC and washbasin with mirror. The double bedroom has a comfortable 140x190cm bed.

Outside, you'll enjoy a shared garden of around 250 m2, ideal for reading in the shade or simply taking in the fresh air, as well as a private terrace equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Private parking is available on the property for your convenience.
