This charming Holiday cottage, on the second floor with elevator and WiFi access, features a large, tastefully decorated living room with open-plan kitchen. Comfortable sofas and armchairs ensure that you can spend pleasant moments with family or friends in front of the gîte's large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils and crockery, and features a central island where you can enjoy your carefully prepared meals.

The Holiday cottage has three double bedrooms, each with a double bed. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm) and a chest of drawers, and opens directly onto the Holiday cottage's first terrace. The second bedroom also has a 140x190 cm bed and storage unit, all decorated with care. The third bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed and storage units, enhanced by lights and a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double washbasin with large mirror and washing machine.
Finally, the Holiday cottage also has two balcony terraces where you can enjoy the sunshine and Montpellier air, comfortably seated around an elegant wooden table.
