This spacious, bright Holiday cottage with mezzanine is located in the village of Caux, close to the historic center and local shops.
On the first floor, designed as a restful stopover for two people, it is welcoming, comfortable and air-conditioned, with a shaded terrace and a mezzanine bedroom.

Nearby, be sure to visit Pézenas, a city of art and history, and also the town of Molière, and stroll through its narrow streets to discover the lively local crafts.
You're also just 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches and the Etang de Thau. Water sports, relaxation and shellfish tasting!
Further north, Lake Salagou and the Cirque de Mourèze offer magnificent scenery and great Hiking opportunities.

The high-ceilinged Holiday cottage features a large room divided into several areas:
- A living room with sofa, TV and desk
- A fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, freezer)
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

- Mezzanine bed (140*200), storage space, suitcase rack.

A room with washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
The upstairs apartment of the Semi-detached house is occasionally occupied by the owner.
