In the Haute Vallée de l'Hérault, 14 kms from Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert, in the center of the village, we offer this 120 m2, 2-storey, 16th-century stone house.

1st floor: Veranda, dining room, kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc.
2nd floor: mezzanine, 1 bedroom (2 single beds, convertible to 1 180cm bed), shower room with adjoining wc, 1 bedroom with access by steep stone staircase (1 single bed).


Central heating (€50/week), bathroom and bed linen supplied, end-of-stay cleaning on request.
Communal grounds (500m²), vaulted terrace (20m²), communal swimming pool 4mX8m (open from early July to mid-September from 10am to 12pm and from 5pm to 7pm, weather permitting), garden furniture, parking, motorcycle garage and wifi included.
