La Maison Millésime

La Maison Millésime is a charming bed and breakfast set in a peaceful hamlet in La Caunette. Sophie and Stéphane will give you a warm welcome in their beautiful stone house, an old winegrower's house with its original wine cellars, vats and press.

5 rooms, with different themes, are dedicated to welcoming visitors. Each is air-conditioned and equipped with a table and armchairs, TV and hairdryer. In addition, each room has its own private shower room and toilet for your comfort.

Breakfast is served in a large, characterful breakfast room from 8:15 to 10:30 a.m., as you wish.
There's also a small TV corner, and board games for young and old.

Sophie and Stéphane also offer table d'hôtes on request.
A 23 euro menu includes starter, main course and dessert. It's a family-style cuisine featuring fresh, regional produce, all homemade.
The 1st glass of wine with the meal is included.

On the shared terrace, you can enjoy a heated swimming pool (thanks to solar panels) open from May to October, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and relax on the deckchairs.

A restaurant area with summer kitchen overlooks the Piscine and offers a warm welcome at any time of day, for breakfast, dinner or a drink on the terrace.

Jaccuzi available in high season / off-season on request with a supplement of 10 euros per day *time: 5pm-10pm

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS :

The medieval City of Minerve, just a few kilometers away, offers a picturesque landscape with cobbled streets and historic relics.
Wine lovers will be delighted to visit the region's wineries, such as Château de Siran. You can explore the Roman ruins of the Oppidum d'Ensérune.
The gorges du Brian and Lake Jouarres offer hiking, kayaking and swimming opportunities in an unspoilt natural setting.
Finally, don't miss a visit to the village of Bize-Minervois, renowned for its charming narrow streets lined with stone houses.
