Completely renovated, this 100m2 apartment is sure to surprise you. The living room faces the port and its Boats, so you can enjoy the view from the relaxation area or the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee machine...
The Holiday cottage has two double bedrooms, each with its own queen-size bed and storage space, as well as a large bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of storage space.
The charm of this Holiday cottage lies not only in its view over the harbor, but also in its patio, which has been converted into a relaxation area. Here you can read or relax.

For maximum comfort, the Holiday cottage is equipped with TV, WiFi, air conditioning in every room, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.
Utilities, bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning is optional at €50.

The City of Marseillan is ideally located on the Bassin de Thau, close to the Lagoon and Sète. Just a few kilometers from the cities of Béziers and Montpellier, you'll be able to enjoy city breaks as well as the coastline and beaches. There are many things to do in Marseillan: stroll along the quays and admire the traditional fishing boats, take a bike ride along the cycle path that links Marseillan City to Sète, enjoy the wide sandy beaches and swim in the Mediterranean Sea, visit the Oyster and Oyster Farming Museums, which retrace the history of the cultivation of these mollusks, appreciate the calm and scenic beauty of the Bagnas nature reserve.
