Nestled in Berlou, Hérault, this detached house invites you to explore the Minervois Caroux, an authentic region of vineyards, garrigue and gentle mountains. Nearby, the villages of Saint-Chinian and Roquebrun charm visitors with their charming markets and lively entertainment. Nature lovers will appreciate the Gorges d'Héric, the Caroux massif and the Hiking trails. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby Voie Verte "Passa Pais", offering safe, panoramic routes. The region, renowned for its wines and heritage, also offers river swimming, canoeing, rock climbing and the discovery of local wildlife. For those looking for something different, the Mediterranean Sea and its Beaches are just 40 minutes away, while the cities of Béziers and Narbonne are within easy reach for a gourmet or cultural getaway.
The single-storey, air-conditioned Holiday cottage features two fully-equipped open-plan kitchens (pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, microwave, full set of crockery), ideal for preparing delicious meals with family and friends. Two dining rooms with large tables are ideal for sharing convivial moments. Spacious, bright living rooms invite you to relax after a day of exploring. At night, the accommodation features four modular bedrooms, perfect for up to 10 people:

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190) + 1 single bed (90x190), en-suite shower room and separate WC.
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200, convertible to 80x200) + 1 trundle bed, en-suite shower room and WC adapted for disabled guests.
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160x200, adjustable to 80x200) + 1 trundle bed, en-suite shower room and separate WC.
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160x200, adjustable to 80x200) + 1 trundle bed.

Make the most of the outdoors with the large south-facing covered terrace overlooking the owners' vineyards, for meals in the shade, and a shared Piscine, ideal for cooling off in fine weather. A private Jacuzzi is also available (extra charge), for moments of relaxation. Parking is available on the property. The gîte has also been awarded the Vignobles & Découvertes and Clef Verte labels, making it ideal for families, groups, hikers and nature lovers.
