In the heart of the village of Bessan, between Agde and Pézenas, you’ll enjoy a prime location for exploring western Hérault. Just a few minutes away, Agde reveals its unique volcanic heritage with its basalt stone cathedral, while Marseillan opens the doors to the Étang de Thau and its oyster tastings. Heading inland, Pézenas charms visitors with its narrow streets steeped in history and its famous market, not to mention Béziers and the Fonseranes locks, an iconic site along the Canal du Midi. This vibrant region offers the perfect balance of sea, culture, and the good life.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, etc.), which opens onto a dining area with a table and chairs, as well as a sitting area with a sofa.
A first bedroom with a private bathroom completes this level, along with a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

The bedrooms are laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: 140x190 bed with private bathroom
Bedroom 2 on the first floor: 21m², 160x200 bed, with double sinks and armchairs in the room
Bedroom 3 on the first floor: two beds 90x190

Outside, you can enjoy a private garden equipped with outdoor furniture, including a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue—ideal for al fresco dining on sunny days.

For your convenience, one parking space is available on the property. There is also free parking 100 meters away.

End-of-stay cleaning is charged as an additional fee at the time of booking.
