A 360 m² former winegrower's house, this character property welcomes you to the center of Assignan, a small village perched between vineyards and garrigue. Its spaciousness, preserved charm and the artistic touches added by the owner make it a unique and inspiring place. The adjoining art gallery adds a cultural dimension to your stay.
The house is also open to the outdoors, with two terraces offering lovely views of the village and surrounding countryside. A lively, inspiring place where you immediately feel at home.
In the surrounding area, discover the landscapes of the Haut Languedoc, famous wine estates, typical villages such as Saint-Chinian, and the Canal du Midi. A little further afield, you can reach Béziers, Minerve, or the Mediterranean Beaches, to vary the pleasures between Sea and Mountain.

First floor:
- Large 65 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, working fireplace (oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, etc.).

- Access to a first terrace (by narrow staircase, be careful with Kids), furnished with garden furniture and overlooking the village street.
