La Maison d'Edmond

In the charming and dynamic little City of Mèze, on the shores of the Thau lagoon, come and stay in the spacious and pleasant Holiday cottage Massaloup, a ten-person gîte carefully designed for a wonderful vacation on the Hérault coast with family or friends!

The Holiday cottage opens onto a spacious living area with a lounge with sofas, TV and library, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine (in an adjoining room), coffee machine, kettle... This bright and spacious living area, tastefully decorated by the owners, will enable you to spend superb moments of relaxation and conviviality! On the first floor, you'll also find a first bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, as well as wooden storage units, and a large shower room in the bedroom with WC, shower and mirrored washbasin.

Upstairs, well lit by a skylight, you'll find, in addition to a small relaxation area with a sofa, the three other bedrooms of the Holiday cottage as well as an independent shower room with bath, shower and washbasin with mirror (and an independent WC from the shower room). The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a bathroom with shower, basin with mirror and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed with storage space and a beautiful view over the courtyard, and the last bedroom has two double beds, ideal for Kids, as well as baby equipment.

There's also a lovely courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue where you can relax and enjoy the Hérault sunshine!
Please note that it is possible to park a car (or possibly bicycles) in the Holiday cottage garage; for additional cars, parking is available in the City parking lots, a 5-10 minute walk away.

Tourist attractions :
On the shores of the Etang de Thau, Mèze gives you access to the many attractions of our coastline, including swimming, relaxation and water sports (sailing, kayaking). You can also reach the beaches of nearby seaside resorts such as Balaruc, Sète and Marseillan, and choose to swim in the Etang or the Mediterranean.
In terms of gastronomy, be sure to sample the famous Tielle, Etang de Thau shellfish and, of course, local wines! The Domaine de Tarbouriech in Marseillan, for example, is an ideal spot for wine tasting.
Just a short drive away, you'll find Pézenas, City of Molière, with its medieval streets, numerous craft stores and traditional Saturday morning Market. Agde and its lively nightlife are just 30km away.

For a pleasant walk or bike ride, you can reach the Canal du Midi at Marseillan or Agde. You can also discover the City of Montpellier for a day of shopping and tea in the historic center. Further north, 40km away, Lake Salagou and the Cirque de Mourèze invite you to swim and hike in a stunning landscape.
