In Soubès, at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, come and stay in this superb Holiday cottage for seven people, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, all with a large exterior featuring beautiful terraces, a large garden planted with flowers and trees as well as a swimming pool and pool house. From the house, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding hills, giving you the feeling of living in the middle of nature, while enjoying all the comforts you could wish for whatever the season (the Holiday cottage has a fireplace insert that provides a warm atmosphere in autumn and winter), as well as quick access to the village center (less than 10 minutes' walk along a small path alongside the stream and vineyards) where you'll find a grocery store and a bar-restaurant. Take advantage of your stay to recharge your batteries and enjoy outdoor activities such as Hiking on the trails just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage. Don't miss out on exploring the spectacular "cirques" of the Causses du Larzac (cirque du bout du monde 5km, cirque de Navacelles 20km) and Mourèze (25km). And don't miss Lake du Salagou, an exceptional Natura 2000-listed lake surrounded by red earth hills, in the heart of a lunar landscape. For more cultural visits, you can also visit the City of Lodève (6km away), which has been designated a City of Art and History, and boasts a museum renowned for its collections of prehistoric artefacts and fossils, as well as art exhibitions. You'll also find local craft shops and two "country stores" selling delicious local produce. Finally, less than an hour's drive away, you can visit La Couvertoirade (23km), Saint-Guilhem-le-désert (36km) classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France", the Clamouse cave (32km), the Countryside and villages of Aveyron (Nant, Roquefort...) or sample the waters of the Mediterranean on your way to Sète (65km).

The Holiday cottage comprises :
- A large, beautifully decorated living room with a dining table (with extension), a beautiful lounge with sofa and large armchairs, fireplace insert, television, DVD player, open onto large picture windows offering a breathtaking view of the garden and surrounding hills.
- A well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with 5-burner stove and large oven ("piano"), microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle, "Kitchen Aid" food processor and all necessary cooking utensils.
- A beautiful master bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a dressing room, a private bathroom with shower and large washbasin with mirror, and a private wooden terrace;
- Two other bedrooms with 140x190 cm beds, one of which gives direct access to the large terrace leading to the garden;
- A fourth bedroom with two single beds (+ an extra bed);
- A second bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet;
- Laundry room with washing machine and second fridge-freezer;
- A large outdoor area: terrace with garden furniture, flower-filled garden with trees and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and direct access to the stream.
- A swimming pool area secured by a fence, with a beautiful lake (55 m2) featuring a small and large bath, a shaded pool house with a large dining table and wooden benches, a gas plancha, work surfaces and a double sink, as well as a shower and WC.
- A small courtyard with garden furniture and flowers between the main entrance, the garage and the dining room entrance.
- The Lake is open from mid-May to mid-September. It is covered by a winter cover from October to April.
