Ideally located in the heart of the village, this 17th-century character house welcomes you in a warm, authentic atmosphere. Its thick stone walls keep the interior cool. Opposite the church and just a few steps from the shops, it offers easy access to all amenities.




The spacious 75m2 first floor includes a living room with sofa bed (queen size bed express 160cm), a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet.
Outside, a courtyard with garden furniture invites you to relax.

Free parking is available just 100m from the house, with a charging station for electric vehicles.




Baby equipment is available free of charge, and bed linen is provided.

A flat rate for electricity is included in the rental price (beyond the flat rate, additional KW are charged at the energy supplier's current rate).

Bed linen, towels and table linen are provided, as are two bathrobes.

A cleaning package is available as an option.

A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival. This will be returned if no damage is found after your stay.




TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: In the "Gorges de l'Hérault" Grand Site de France, the village of Montpeyroux boasts over 20 wine cellars (tasting), a vast vineyard, an 11th-century fortified castle and the Joncas climbing site (all levels).

6km away (free shuttle bus in summer): St Guilhem le Désert, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", medieval town, stopover on the St Jacques pilgrimage route, Gellone Abbey and Devil's Bridge, both Unesco World Heritage sites. Grotte de Clamouse, gorges de l'Hérault, beach on the banks of the river, Saint Jean de Fos (potters' village, Argileum museum). A little further afield: two other "Grands Sites de France", Lac du Salagou (cycling, fishing, boating), Cirque de Mourèze and Cirque de Navacelles (Unesco World Heritage site).

Less than an hour away: Montpellier, Sète, Pézenas, Pic Saint Loup, etc.
