La maison d'Anna is a family-friendly gîte, designed to offer you all the comforts you need for a great vacation.
As you enter, you'll discover a luminous living room, where the original stonework is highlighted. These keep the house cool in summer and the wood-burning stove warm in winter. The open-plan kitchen is brand new and fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils).
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom and WC.
The main feature of this gîte is without doubt the large, unoverlooked terrace. Here, you can enjoy your meals, organize a barbecue and make the most of the comfortable garden furniture offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
For your added comfort, the gîte is equipped with a Wifi connection and a washing machine. A private parking space is also available.
Bed linen and towels are available for hire. End-of-stay cleaning is also optional.
Balaruc-les-bains is just 23km from the gîte. Possibility of renting the gîte to spa-goers at a reduced rate for stays of 3 weeks or more.
Additional cleaning deposit of 50 euros.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Pézenas (town of Molière) 10 kms away, Valmagne Abbey 5 kms away, beaches and Sète 35 kms away, Bassin de Thau and Mèze (oyster farming and lagooning station) 14 kms away, Lac du Salagou, Clermont l'Hérault.

5/5Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le gîte a répondu à nos attentes.
Il est rare de trouver un gîte aussi bien équipé (cuisine aménagée, Vaisselle abondante) .
La terrasse est le point fort. Une vue bien dégagée que la vallée. Son exposition Nord-Nord-est nous protège du soleil.
Les escaliers menant au gîte et à l' étage sont le point faible. les marches sont hautes.
Elle peuvent être un obstacle pour des personnes à mobilité difficile.

Non possiamo che ripetere il giudizio ottimo già espresso nelle precedenti occasioni.

5/5A spacious 2 floor apartment located in a small and lovely village. A great terrace overlooking a hilly landscape. All facilities you need were present and up-to-date. The hostes Véronique was very friendly. A good parking space was available. A small minus: the shower room could be better.
