As you enter, you'll discover a bright living room, where the original stonework is highlighted. These keep the house cool in summer and the wood-burning stove warm in winter. The open-plan kitchen is new and fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils). Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom and WC. The main attraction of this Holiday cottage is undoubtedly the large, unoverlooked terrace offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding Countryside. For your convenience, the Holiday cottage is equipped with a Wifi connection and a washing machine, as well as a private parking space. Bed linen and towels are available for hire. Balaruc-les-Bains is just 23 km from the Holiday cottage. The gîte can be rented out to spa-goers on a sliding scale of charges for stays of 3 weeks or more, with an additional cleaning deposit of 50 euros.
