Welcome to La Maison Bleue, a bright, modern Holiday cottage in the heart of Bouzigues, a charming village renowned for its oysters and Mediterranean authenticity. Here, you'll enjoy a unique setting: the house sits on the edge of the Etang de Thau, with a breathtaking view of its oyster beds, the Thau peninsula, Agde and Mont Saint-Clair. Just a stone's throw away, discover the beaches, typical restaurants and oyster-farmers for whom the village is famous. Boat trips or visits to the oyster beds promise unforgettable moments. Nearby, explore Pézenas and its narrow streets steeped in history, Mèze and its Market, Balaruc-les-Bains for a Wellbeing break, or Sète, a cultural and festive city. Montpellier is also within easy reach for an urban getaway.

The entrance is on the first floor, with a beautiful room and a toilet. The second floor features a convivial living room with sofa, armchair and dining table, opening onto a terrace with an exceptional view of the pond. The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker) for easy meal preparation.
Upstairs, you'll find a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, plus two comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200), TV and direct view of the pond.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190).

Outside, the terrace with garden furniture invites you to enjoy the sunsets over the pond. Parking is available in the nearby village public parking lots.

A €50 cleaning charge is payable to the owner on site.
