Situated in Cap d'Agde in the Hérault department, in a very quiet area, this house is an ideal starting point for discovering a rich and varied region. Between beaches, lively ports and historical heritage, you'll enjoy a well-balanced stay between relaxation and discovery. Just a few minutes away, Agde reveals its ancient volcanic stone center, while the banks of the Hérault invite you to take a stroll. A little further on, the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the surrounding Vineyards enrich your Languedoc escapade. Designed to accommodate 4 people, this house offers a simple, functional atmosphere, perfectly suited to family vacations.
On the first floor, you'll find a separate kitchen equipped with two hotplates, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. The living room, also on the first floor, features a sofa, a coffee table and 2 folding dining tables, allowing you to adapt the space to your needs. A shower room with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet complete this level.
The sleeping area comprises: Bedroom 1 on the first floor with two single beds (80 x 190), surface area 10.5 m2 Bedroom 2 on the first floor with a double bed (140 x 190), surface area 14 m2 Outside, you'll enjoy a shaded patio with dining table, chairs and barbecue, as well as a private, enclosed garden with an alarmed, private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day at the Beach.
A paddle is available, as well as 2 adult bikes and a teenager's bike. You'll be close to the Tennis Club International (rackets and balls are available)! A boulodrome is just a few steps from the house (boules available). The allée Cavalière takes you down to the Beach in 15 minutes on foot. The washing machine is in the garage, and parking is easy in front of the house, on the street. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
