Peace and quiet are the order of the day for an ideal family holiday.
The accommodation comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa, a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (90x190). The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Outside, take advantage of the terrace and outdoor spaces, including a swimming pool with a relaxation area, ping-pong table and barbecue. Numerous walks in the surrounding area, as well as sporting activities such as canoeing and kayaking, will make your stay even more enjoyable.
Electric cars can be plugged in for €7/recharge.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Grottes des Demoiselles, bamboo grove at Anduze, St Guilhem le Désert, Clamouse caves, l'Espérou 40 km away, Mont Aigoual 45 km, canoeing and kayaking base on site, rock climbing, gliding 20 km away.

Cat Vacances dans les cevennes
Tres bien, un peu cher dans la mesure où les draps et le linge de toilettes ne sont pas compris dans le prix. Pour nous, louer un gîte c est surtout le fait de ne pas nous surcharger en bagages. Nous louons des gîtes pour 2 ou 3 nuits en général, et nous pensons que ce service est indispensable. mais la gentillesse des hôtes était au top, c est ça surtout que nous retiendrons en priorité et la propreté des lieux

MacDonald Summer break in the south of france
Lovely Gite for a couple to get away from it all (quiet and relaxing).
The owners, Germaine & Robert are really nice. They live on site and you have to pass their cottage when you walk from the Gite to the pool area. The pool is exclusively for your use and you seldomly see the very nice owners so overall was very private.
The pool is kept meticulously clean (cleaned every morning by Robert before you are wake), it is a little cold in September first thing but we used it most days.
Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort is the closet town - its a lovely small town but all the restaurants were closed when we where there in early September. Good U supermarket in the town as long as you enjoy cooking at the Gite all is OK, otherwise go a bit earlier in the summer.
Montpellier is not too far and is a stunning town to visit; would recommend the small tourist trains to help orientation.
Good WiFi, TV only gets French news channels so do take a HDMI cable to stream from your phone if you want Netflix, Prime, etc.
Would recommend a visit to the "Terre Des 2 Sources" vineyard (very nice owner who provides a lovely tour, answers all questions, great tasty and fabulous wine to take home).
Overall a very nice, quiet and relaxing break at a very reasonable price for the quality of the Gite and Pool and their lovely owners.- Cleanliness

PHLY Superbe séjour en famille
Superbe séjour en famille, au calme. Le logement est tout équipé, propre, il reste frais même sous la forte chaleur de l'été. Nous avons grandement appécié la disponibilité des hotes, les services, leur discretion et bien sûr leur sympathie.
Le lieu est sécurisant, la piscine, barbecue, balancoire un vrai plaisir pour les petits et les grands. Proche des commodités, de beaux endroits à découvrir.

Anaïs Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Germaine et Robert nous ont très bien accueillis. Le gîte est agréable, il reste frais, la piscine est très agréable aussi et la région est très belle et permet de multiples activités. Bref, un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité, leur discrétion aussi. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Nous avons un excellent séjour chez Germaine et Robert ! Des hôtes très disponibles et chaleureux, une maison très propre, fraîche et bien équipée (notamment avec un nourrisson), une piscine magnifique et un cadre somptueux ! Je recommande très vivement.
