La Glycine

Close to the sea, the Etang de Thau and the Balaruc-les-Bains spa, the gîte "La glycine" is located on a former winegrowing estate in the center of the village of Poussan.

Close to the Sea, Etang de Thau and the spa town of Balaruc les bains, the Holiday cottage "La glycine" is located on a former winegrowing estate in the center of the village of Poussan.
Set in a vast courtyard (1,600 m²) and enclosed wooded garden (4,400 m²) shared with the other occupants of the estate and the owners' apartment (there are 3 other Holiday cottages), you'll stay in a 37 m² cottage with two French windows opening onto a shaded terrace shared with another apartment (well-defined 30 m2 space for your accommodation).
Access to the sunken garden and courtyard via a ramp or staircase.
Kitchen area in living room; sleeping area (2 Twin beds 90x190 cm), shower room/WC. Reversible heating/air conditioning, bed linen provided and beds made. End-of-stay cleaning: option to be requested from the owner prior to arrival (€50). Television, washing machine and dishwasher in Holiday cottage. Reserved parking space in enclosed courtyard.

A barbecue, ping-pong table and covered bicycle shed are available for Holiday cottage guests. Baby bed and high chair available on request prior to arrival.

Electric heating and/or air-conditioning not included IF the 2kWh/day/per-person rental charge is exceeded on individual meter reading.

Two recharging points for electric cars available (recharging by slow flow), cost of consumption billed on an actual basis (price per kWh in force), to be notified to the owner in advance.


TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: coastal beaches, Sète (port, jousting), Mèze and Bouzigues (villages on the banks of the Etang de Thau, oyster farming), Montpellier (Fabre museum, summer festivals), Pézenas (heritage, City of Molière), Cap d'Agde seaside resort, Béziers (the 9 locks, Canal du Midi), Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Gorges de l'Hérault, etc.



No excess capacity allowed.
A €50 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any cleaning not carried out at the end of the stay.
