This 120 m² Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is on the 1st floor (with elevator). The accommodation is fully equipped for people with reduced mobility. You'll find a large 45m² living room with kitchen/dining/lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160X200cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with dressing room, shower room/wc.
You'll also enjoy a well-equipped 43m² private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) and a 100m² garden.
A 3.5*7m (1.40m deep) swimming pool, shared with the owners, will be available from spring vacation to the end of October (weather permitting).
A private parking space (inside the property) will be reserved for you.
Reversible air-conditioning, bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included, baby equipment on request.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Valras-Beach and its wide sandy beach, Béziers, the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Oppidum d'Ensérune, Pézenas (city of art where Molière lived), Narbonne, Carcassonne. Ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and water sports enthusiasts!

The accommodation is great, the garden is utterly beautiful, the welcome is warm and the pool is refreshing. We rested for much of our two weeks and enjoyed every minute - apart from when I got bitten by a horse fly and the bite swelled up horrible! Take insect bite precautions.

Trio Perfekt
Wir (3 ältere Leute) haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft auch in der kühleren Vorsaison (ohne Pool) sehr empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung von hoher Qualität. Z.B. haben alle Fenster elektrische Rollläden und das Auto steht neben dem Haus auf einem sicheren Parkplatz für die Hausbewohner. Brigitte und Pascal haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Da wir nicht besonders gut Französisch sprechen, war es hilfreich, dass Pascal sehr gut Englisch spricht. Vielen Dank an Brigitte und Pascal!
Nous (trois personnes âgées) nous sommes sentis très à l'aise pendant deux semaines et pouvons vivement recommander cet hébergement même pendant la basse saison plus fraîche (sans piscine). L'ameublement est de très bon goût et l'équipement est de haute qualité. Par exemple, toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de volets électriques et la voiture est garée à côté de la maison dans un parking sécurisé pour les résidents. Brigitte et Pascal nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et nous ont donné plein de bons conseils. Comme nous ne parlons pas très bien français, il était utile que Pascal parle très bien anglais. Andreas E. Brigitte et Pascal sont des hôtes très chaleureux, sympathiques, adorables et serviables. La propriété est située au calme. L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin était un véritable rêve. La piscine invitait à se rafraîchir tous les jours. Lespignan est un joli petit village avec quelques spécialités gastronomiques et une petite supérette. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement ! Merci beaucoup pour ces superbes vacances !
