In a green setting only 10 km from the Mediterranean Sea, discover "La Cave des Violettes", in an old Languedoc wine cellar of the XIXth century entirely restored.
This 120 m² gîte, adjoining the owners' house, is located on the first floor (with an elevator). The accommodation is entirely adapted to people with reduced mobility. You will find a large living room of 45m² with a kitchen/dining room/lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with adjoining shower room/toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with dressing room, shower room/toilet.
Reversible air-conditioning, sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included, baby equipment on request.
You will also enjoy a private terrace of 43m² well equipped (garden furniture, barbecue) and a garden of 100m².
A swimming pool of 3,5*7m (1,40m deep), shared with the owners, will be available from spring vacations to the end of October (depending on the weather).
A private parking space (inside the property) will be reserved for you.
TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS : Valras-Plage and its large sandy beach, Béziers, the Canal du Midi classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site, the Oppidum of Ensérune, Pézenas (city of art where Molière lived), Narbonne, Carcassonne. Ideal for lovers of hiking, mountain biking or water sports!
