Situated in a quiet subdivision, right next to the Etang de Thau, the lighthouse - arrival point of the Canal du Midi - and shops, this Holiday cottage promises a peaceful stay between Sea and nature.

The air-conditioned accommodation includes a kitchen opening onto the living area (with a bed for 2), a bedroom for 2 (bed 140x200) and a shower room with WC. You'll enjoy direct access to the private, unoverlooked 24 m² patio, perfect for meals or outdoor relaxation.

The Holiday cottage also offers a quiet and pleasant setting for Telework, with high-speed Internet connection.

Access is via a shared entrance with the owners, whose discretion is assured to guarantee you a peaceful stay.

Optional, to be arranged directly with the owner:

- Bike rental: two electric bikes available for hire (€10/day).
Discover the 55 km of cycle paths around the Etang de Thau and the charming cities of Marseillan, Sète, Balaruc, Bouzigues and Mèze.
You can also discover the Canal du Midi by bike, with the Marseillan lighthouse as the arrival or departure point.

- Bikers welcome: an ideal starting point for trips to Spain, the Pyrenees, the Mountain Noire or the Parc du Haut-Languedoc. Possibility of a motorcycle baptism in a Honda Goldwing 1800cc (2h, 60 km, €50) including a tour of the Etang de Thau and a climb to the hill of Sète and its 360° panoramic view. Coffee break and Biker equipment available.

- Boat trip along the canals of Sète and on the Etang de Thau (oyster park) or on the Sea (to be defined according to weather conditions, price to be defined according to option chosen).
