In the heart of the Natural Park of the Haut-Languedoc, single-storey gite of 62 m² located on the 1st floor of an independent house in the heart of the village.
The owners live on the first floor. Beautiful view on the surrounding countryside and the vineyards of Berlou.
Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchenette, independent living room, bedroom (bed 160X200), shower room, toilet.
Electric heating, reversible air conditioning.
Terrace of 20 m² with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, parking. Beds made on arrival, towels and table linen provided for stay. For your peace of mind we advise you to opt for the cleaning package (40.00€) heating costs in addition. Bicycle loan.
In the village, a local café offers a small restaurant, a pizzeria, a point of sale of bread baked on the spot and a master restorer.

TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS: Gorges of the Orb (Réals), Roquebrun (the mediterranean garden), Fontcaude Abbey, the vineyard of Saint-Chinian, the Natural Park of the Haut Languedoc (Massif du Caroux, Gorges d'Héric), hiking, horse riding, mountain biking. In the village, gastronomic restaurant with southern flavors.

5/5L'appartamento è spazioso, perfettamente arredato e dotato di ogni facilities e dispone di un bel terrazzo.
Jean-Francois è stato molto disponibile sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante la nostra permanenza (ci ha anche fatto trovare in frigorifero una buona bottiglia di rosé fresco, oltre che acqua, caffè etc) e mette a disposizione degli ospiti molte informazioni sia sul posto che sui dintorni.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le gîte correspond en tous points au descriptif présenté. Tres propre, bien équipé, bon accueil, village très agreable avec deux restaurants, belle vue depuis le balcon. À recommander.
