In the heart of a 14-hectare winegrowing estate, in the Muscat de Frontignan vineyards, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Gardiole Massif, in the shade of the estate's century-old pines, 4 semi-detached gîtes in a completely refurbished winegrower's building.

In Frontignan, the Hugo Holiday cottage welcomes you to a 14-hectare winegrowing estate. Set between the Sea and the Gardiole hills, you'll enjoy a privileged natural environment. You'll be staying not far from the seven kilometers of beach at Frontignan-Beach, appreciated for its calm waters and unspoilt atmosphere. Just a few minutes away, Sète reveals the unique character of Mont Saint-Clair, the flavors of Les Halles, the vitality of its port and the lively evenings of the Theater de la Sea. Montpellier, the Etang de Thau, Maguelone Cathedral and emblematic villages such as Pézenas and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert complete the range of discoveries on offer.

The Holiday cottage, along with three others, is housed in a renovated former winegrower's building. The first floor of the Holiday cottage features a modern, comfortable living room with sofa, armchair and TV, a dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter and Italian coffee makers). A first bathroom with shower and toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet, plus three air-conditioned bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200cm (separable into two single beds) and 1 bed 90x200cm ;
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 80x200cm, convertible into a double bed 160x200cm;
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200cm.

You'll also benefit from well-kept outdoor spaces: private terrace with garden furniture, large shared green space, and shared outdoor Piscine. The estate also offers a ping-pong area, a shared barbecue and secure private parking inside the property. For pets, the estate opens onto the vineyards and other animals are present on the property (chickens, donkeys, sheep, dogs, cats...).
