In the charming hamlet of Babio, in the town of La Caunette, this holiday cottage with a pool is a pleasant 14th-century holiday cottage for 5 people. Its traditional style and peaceful surroundings make it an ideal place to relax or set out to explore the treasures of the Minervois region.

On the ground floor, the holiday cottage features a beautifully decorated living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a television. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of character (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher), followed by a dining room featuring a large table where you can share meals and enjoy the region’s wines.

Upstairs, accessible via a stone staircase, a small lounge area with armchairs leads to the three bedrooms and the bathroom.
There are two double bedrooms: one with two single beds, the other with a double bed and a view of the Minervois countryside. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The third bedroom, which is adjoining, has a single bed, ideal for a child.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit, and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet.

Outside, across from the holiday cottage (on a quiet side street), you’ll enjoy a pleasant garden with a semi-inground private wooden Piscine (6 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m), open from May through September, sun loungers, as well as a grill area and outdoor kitchen.

End-of-stay cleaning and sheet rental are optional (including bath towels).
Heating and electricity are charged extra in case of excessive use (2 kW/day/person included).

There are many tourist attractions to explore: the historic village of La Caunette, Minerve and its Cathar ruins, the Minervois Vineyards, the Canal du Midi, Olonzac (15 km away), Narbonne (30 km away), and the Cité de Carcassonne.
