In the charming hamlet of Babio, in the commune of La Caunette, this Holiday cottage is a pleasant 14th-century vacation home for 5 people. Its traditional style and peaceful setting make it an ideal place to recharge your batteries or explore the riches of the Minervois region.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage features a beautifully decorated living room with sofa, armchairs and TV. You'll also find a fully-equipped, characterful kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), followed by a dining room with a large table for sharing meals and tasting local wines.

Upstairs, accessed by a stone staircase, a small relaxation area with armchairs leads to the three bedrooms and bathroom.
Two double rooms are available: one with two single beds, the other with a double bed and a view of the Minervois countryside. Both are air-conditioned. The adjoining third bedroom has a single bed, ideal for a Kids.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and washing machine. Separate WC.

Outside, opposite the Holiday cottage (in an alley with very little traffic), you'll enjoy a pleasant garden with a private semi-buried wooden swimming pool (6 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep), open from May to September, sun loungers, as well as a plancha area and summer kitchen.

Numerous tourist attractions await you: the historic village of La Caunette, Minerve and its Cathar vestiges, the Minervois vineyards, the Canal du Midi, Olonzac (15 km away), Narbonne (30 km away) and the Cité de Carcassonne.
