Just a stone's throw from all amenities, in a calm and serene setting, discover and stay in Holiday cottage des Escalettes, a six-person cottage with a spacious living room and three elegantly decorated bedrooms, not forgetting its balcony with an unobstructed view!
Nearby, don't miss out on a visit to the City of Montpellier, just 20 minutes away, where you can discover the Place de la Comédie, the picturesque streets of the old town, Saint-Pierre cathedral, the Musée Fabre, the Antigone district, the Jardin des Plantes and the local markets! Enjoy the fine sandy beaches of the Hérault at Frontignan-Beach, and relax by the water under the Hérault sun! Shops are just a few hundred meters away on foot from the gîte.
The Holiday cottage, accessible via the garage and located on the second floor, comprises:
- A large air-conditioned living room with sofas and TV, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and all you need for your stay; - A balcony ideal for enjoying the Hérault sunshine;
- A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and dressing room, with direct access to the shower room; - A shower room (also accessible from the living room) with shower, WC, washbasin with mirror and washing machine; - Upstairs, two further bedrooms, the first with air conditioning and a 160x200cm double bed, the second with two 90x200cm single beds.
Please note that the staircases are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Free parking is available in the public spaces on the street or in the surrounding streets.

Brigitte ayant travaillé dans la cuisine et la diététique, Thomas dans le vin, nous vous recommanderons les bonnes tables et les bons vignerons de la région ! Amateurs de randonnée (nature ou urbaine), de VTT, de course à pied, de plongée sous-marine nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous orienter au besoin.

Dimi Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce gîte en famille et tout était parfait. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, on s’est tout de suite sentis à l’aise. Le logement est très bien entretenu, confortable et agréable à vivre. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ce gite, tout neuf, est vaste et très agréable. Très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et très bien équipé pour cuisiner.
Les lits sont très confortables, et le lieux très calme!
Au centre du village de Cournonterral, situé entre Montpellier et Sète.Les propriétaires, Brigitte et Thomas, nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée et nous avons profité de leurs conseils sur la région.
Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte, dans lequel nous retournerons certainement.

Très beau gîte tout neuf dans le village de Cournonterral.
Le gîte est très beau, bien décoré, et propre.
Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien (cuisine équipée, jeux de société, télévision, etc). Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée, et des serviettes de toilettes ont été mises à notre disposition, ce qui est très agréable.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Brigitte et son mari.
Le gîte est proche de Montpellier et nous avons mis environ 20 minutes en voiture pour accéder à la plage de Frontignan.
Attention, le gîte n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, car on y accède par un escalier.- Cleanliness
