Gîte Le Richelieu

Stay in a pleasant, modern gîte with a unique view of Sète! Just a stone's throw from the train station (300 meters) and the town center (8 minutes on foot), come and discover this superb, modern, bright and well-decorated apartment on the top floor of a building with elevator, a perfect place to spend a pleasant vacation, close to the town's shops, canals, cafés and restaurants, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding area.

While you're here, take a stroll through the quiet, lively neighborhood, and make a detour to the theater and cinema on Avenue Victor Hugo. Take a stroll up the famous Mont Saint-Clair to enjoy a unique view of Sète, the Etang de Thau, the sea and the surrounding area; stroll along the quays of the port, visit the Halles to sample the local produce or enjoy an evening concert at the Théâtre de la Mer, an open-air theater built in an old fort. Take advantage of the beaches and entertainment in nearby towns such as Balaruc, Marseillan and Agde.

The gîte comprises :
- A large living room with a lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV, a dining area with a superb view over Sète, and a sleeping area with a convertible sofa for two people (140x190 cm) as well as a small office area;
- A separate, well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils;
- A first bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, bedside tables with lamps and storage shelves;
- A second bedroom similarly equipped;
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin with mirror;
- WC separate from shower room.


Public parking is available in the surrounding area (Cayenne parking lot (paying but inexpensive) ten minutes' walk from the gîte, and Victor Hugo parking lot 2 minutes' walk away for unloading your luggage). Buses stop just outside the apartment to serve a number of destinations, ideal for your vacations (beaches, Etang de Thau, surrounding villages...).
