Close to the owner's house, but not overlooked, in a 400 m² complex, you and your family or friends can enjoy the benefits of this gated, air-conditioned Holiday cottage.

The entrance is via a large bay window giving access to the bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, individual freezer, filter and Senseo coffee maker, kettle) and lounge.
A corridor with a laundry area leads to the two bedrooms and a bathroom/WC.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm double bed, and the second with two single beds.

Outside, on the private covered terrace, you'll find everything you need for sunny days: plancha, garden furniture, sun loungers and jacuzzi (ideal for 2 adults and 2 Kids).
Private, secure parking is available at the side of the Holiday cottage.

Bed linen and towels included. Baby Equipment on request.
