Located in Vic-la-Gardiole, between the Sea and the garrigue, the Holiday cottage du Petit Magnolia, in the Clos du Vic residence, invites you to discover the charm of the Mediterranean coast. From the residence, you can easily reach the beaches via the cycle paths and enjoy the unspoilt natural surroundings. Just a few minutes away, you can explore Maguelone's Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul cathedral, stroll through the canals of Sète or visit Montpellier, which is easily accessible by public transport. There's something for everyone: water sports, horse-riding, fishing or a stroll through the historic center of Vic-la-Gardiole.

This Holiday cottage, next to the owners' house, offers a traditional Mediterranean atmosphere, perfect for a simple stay. On the first floor, you'll find a convivial living room with open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker), dining room and lounge with sofa bed (BZ 160x200 cm) and TV. A bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin completes this floor, as does a first bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. Upstairs, a second mezzanine bedroom also accommodates a 140x190 cm bed.

Outside, take advantage of a private garden with garden furniture and deckchairs, a covered terrace and a veranda for your moments of relaxation. The residence features a communal outdoor swimming pool, a pétanque court, a tennis court and a playground. A private parking space is included.
