This building, adjoining the owners' house, spans 3 levels.
The stone-vaulted first floor houses a vast kitchen/dining room equipped with everything you need (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker and pod coffee machine). You also have direct access to an enclosed, shaded garden with terrace, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
On the second floor, you'll find the bright living room with its impressive fireplace. It is also equipped with two sofas and a cable TV. Laundry facilities are available in the adjoining room.
Finally, the second floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190), as well as a shower room with toilet.
Parking is available in front of the estate, in a dedicated parking space along a quiet lane.
The owner-winemakers organize tastings and guinguettes during the summer season, to which they will be delighted to invite you!

End-of-stay cleaning and towels optional.
Dogs are not allowed.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Discover the charms of the region, with the popular beaches of Palavas and Frontignan. Soak up the cultural richness of Montpellier with its teeming city center, explore the homeland of Brassens and Paul Valéry in Sète, and contemplate the beauty of the Etang de Thau from fishing villages like Bouzigues. Don't forget to visit Maguelone Abbey, isolated on its peninsula.

Fluffle Pleasant stay and incredibly welcoming hosts
The gîte and garden are very private and spacious. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful and we would highly recommend tasting their wines and learning more about their story. They could really do with a bigger bed in the master bedroom - it's a lovely big room and particularly when it's hot, having a bit more space is really welcome, a dehumidifier in the kitchen, and some small amenities like providing hand soap in the bathroom. The location is rural but very close to a nearby town with a large supermarket and several dining options. The owners were also really helpful in sharing some local attractions tailored to the family. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and the gîte was good value for money.

Fanette Séjourner dans une tour médiévale
Séjour dans le passé avec un gîte où confort moderne et patrimoine médiéval font bon ménage. Au calme. Une propriété viticole avec de belles dives Hôtes à notre disposition pour une dégustation. Bien situé avec alentours : Montpellier et la côte héraultaise (Sète, Bouzigues, étang de Thau, Maguelone, Palavas).

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans les Gites Clos Sorian à Saussan. Un voyage dans le temps, au Moyen-Âge, dans cette maison restaurée et aménagée avec amour, avec un jardin enchanteur dans le Langedoc. Le gîte est situé dans le domaine viticole de la famille Granier, qui nous a convaincus de leurs délicieux vins lors d'une très belle dégustation.

Munier Nous avons aimé ce logis atypique au cœur de la vigne et pas très loin de la mer.
Ce qu'il faudrait améliorer, la luminosité dans la cuisine, une rampe pour les escaliers et peut être un lit de 160 dans la chambre adulte.- Cleanliness
