- The living space comprises a kitchen opening onto a convivial lounge/dining room, with a convertible sofa (140x190) for two extra beds.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, combi oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and water softener.
- Separate bedroom with double bed (140x190).
- Laundry room with washing machine and freezer.

Two additional spaces enhance your experience:
- A mezzanine converted into a reading area, ideal for relaxing or unwinding with a good book;
- A terrace with an unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or sharing a convivial moment in the open air.
