In the heart of the wine-growing village of Neffies, in the Hérault region, you'll stay in a quiet, detached house, ideal for family vacations between the Sea, the hinterland and the vineyards. Here, the pace is gentle and the environment conducive to relaxation, while offering quick access to the region's must-see sites. Just a few kilometers away, Pézenas boasts a historic town center, mansions and a lively Market, while Lake Salagou and the Cirque de Mourèze offer spectacular scenery, perfect for walks, swimming or outdoor activities. More broadly, the Avant-Monts and central Hérault invite you to discover a rich natural and cultural heritage, with villages full of character, wineries and Hiking trails. The house is organized on one level. You'll find a bright, convivial living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge furnished with sofas and armchairs. On the night side, three comfortable bedrooms are at your disposal: Bedroom 1: Bed 140 x 200, surface area 11 m2 Bedroom 2: Bed 140 x 190, surface area 11 m2 Bedroom 3: two beds 90 x 190 that can be joined together, surface area 11 m2 The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a pellet stove (tank filled on arrival, extra charge to be paid by customer). Outside, you'll enjoy a private enclosed garden.
At the front of the house, you'll find a covered, shaded terrace with dining table, chairs and barbecue, a relaxation area with deckchairs and a small garden with hammock. At the back, accessible from the kitchen or from the outside, a second shaded area with garden furniture is a pleasant way to extend restful moments.
