Gîte de Capuzard

Between land and sea, halfway between Narbonne and Béziers and in the heart of the vineyards of Saint-Chinian, welcome to the cottage of Capuzard! An independent house of 63m² in a beautiful building of the 19th century. On the ground floor: the entrance opens onto the living room with its TV and fireplace (insert) and the fully equipped kitchen area with American style, and toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. One with 1 bed 140X190cm, the second with 2 twin beds 90X190cm and a bathroom with shower and towel heater. The cottage has a private garden of 2000m² with barbecue, garden furniture, swing and trampoline. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool (exclusively on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays afternoons. The rest of the time, access is reserved for owners). Private parking. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival, towels and bath provided, cleaning end of stay included. Béziers (féria in August), Mediterranean garden of Roquebrun, the abbey of Fontcaude, banks of the orb, city of Carcassonne. Beaches: Valras, Gruissan.
