First floor: the entrance opens onto the living room with its TV and fireplace (insert), as well as the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen area and WC.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with air-conditioning. One with 1 bed 140X190cm, the second with 2 twin beds 90X190cm, and a bathroom with shower and towel warmer.
The gîte has a 2000m² private garden with trees, barbecue, garden furniture, swing and trampoline.
You can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool (only Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays mornings, and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays afternoons. The rest of the time, access is reserved for owners).
Private parking.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels and bath towels supplied, end-of-stay cleaning included.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Hillsides and vineyards: Saint-Chinian, Faugères, Minervois. Béziers (féria in August), Roquebrun Mediterranean garden, Fontcaude abbey, banks of the Orb river, Carcassonne. Beaches: Valras, Gruissan.

Hélène Séjour ensoleillé à Capuzard
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte de Capuzard. Le lieu-dit se trouve à quelques kilomètres de toutes les commodités et les points d'intérêt de la région sont nombreux. Bernadette et Bruno sont des hôtes attentionnés, disponibles et de bon conseil. Le domaine est très beau et très bien entretenu.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Gîte de Capuzard. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par le cadre paisible et la beauté des lieux. Le gîte est d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et l’atmosphère y est chaleureuse et apaisante — un vrai cocon pour se ressourcer.
