Gîte de Capuzard

Between land and sea, halfway between Narbonne and Béziers and in the heart of the Saint-Chinian vineyards, welcome to the Capuzard gîte! A 63m² detached house in a beautiful 19th-century building.

First floor: entrance into living room with TV and fireplace, fully equipped open-plan kitchenette and WC.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with air-conditioning. One with 1 bed 140X190cm, the second with 2 twin beds 90X190cm, and a bathroom with shower and towel warmer.

The gîte has a 2000m² private garden with trees, barbecue, garden furniture, swing and trampoline.

You can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool (only Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays mornings, and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays afternoons. The rest of the time, access is reserved for owners).

Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels and bath towels supplied, end-of-stay cleaning included.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Hillsides and vineyards: Saint-Chinian, Faugères, Minervois. Béziers (féria in August), Roquebrun Mediterranean garden, Fontcaude abbey, banks of the Orb river, Carcassonne. Beaches: Valras, Gruissan.
