Comfortable single-storey Holiday cottage in Caux, ideal for discovering the Hérault region in peace and quiet

Come and stay in this single-storey house in the village of Caux. Ideally located for visiting the department, you'll be close to Pézenas, the City of Molière, with its narrow streets and Saturday morning Market. You can also enjoy the Mediterranean beaches and Etang de Thau, around 30 minutes away. Further north, you'll find the cirque de Mourèze and Lake Salagou.

The Holiday cottage is located next to the owners' house. It comprises:
- A living room with a relaxation area: sofa and armchairs, a dining table, and a fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, dishwasher, French press coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, etc.).
- A lovely 15m2 stone bedroom with a 160*200 double bed, table, chair, storage space and direct access to the courtyard.
- A second bedroom of 7 m2 with a pull-out bed (90*190 X2)
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC

Outside: a private terrace with barbecue for al fresco dining, and enclosed grounds, ideal for a peaceful stay.
