This fully air-conditioned vacation home, with its own entrance and WiFi, opens onto a large living room beautifully decorated by the owners with two sofas, two armchairs, two coffee tables and a TV, all in a warm, relaxing atmosphere. This living area leads directly into the well-equipped kitchen, with a large dining table, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook up a storm in this modern kitchen.

The first floor also features a double bedroom (bed 160x200) with bedside tables and lamps, opening directly onto the terrace and garden furniture. This room includes a shower room with toilet, shower and double basin. A second pleasantly decorated double bedroom is also on the first floor, with a 160x200 bed, two bedside tables and lamps, and an armchair. There's also a separate toilet on the first floor.
The first floor is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.


Upstairs, we find a first double bedroom (bed 160x200) with a TV and modern furniture. The second bedroom upstairs is also a double room with a 160x200 bed. Finally, a third bedroom is located upstairs, with a 160x200 bed and a desk.
Also on the second floor is a bathroom with a large shower, two bathroom mirrors and two brand-new vanity units, as well as a separate toilet.
