This four-person Holiday cottage, on the first floor of the owners' house (who will not be present during your stay), is a comfortable, well-equipped and spacious gîte with charm, sure to delight you during your vacation in the charming, peaceful commune of Pouzolles. Don't miss out on a stroll through the charming little streets with their 15th-century houses, or discover the church and castle, and every Friday evening in July and August, the "brasucades" (large convivial meals in the village).

Thanks to its central location, Pouzolles is an ideal base for all kinds of activities. Discover the towns of Roujan (5min - Château de Cassan, Chartreuse de Mougère), Pézenas (15min - Saturday morning Market, medieval heart, City of Art and History) and Béziers (20min - Canal du Midi, 9 locks at Fonseranes). You'll also be very close to Lake des Olivettes (15 min) and the beaches of Vias, Valras, Agde or Marseillan (40 min). You'll also be able to enjoy beautiful walks in the Cirque de Mourèze (35 min) and on the shores of Lake Salagou (45 min).

The Holiday cottage comprises :
- A beautiful living room with a dining table, a lounge with two sofas and TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 2 coffee machines (filter and Nespresso Inissia), kettle, and all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay;
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin with mirror;
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190 cm);
- A laundry room with toilet and washing machine;
- A large unoverlooked garden with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, armchairs and space to play pétanque.

You can park 2 to 3 vehicles inside the property.
Pets allowed under certain conditions, in consultation with the owners.
