In the heart of the "Château de Stony" estate, located between the Mediterranean and the Gardiole Massif in Frontignan, we offer 3 Holiday cottages in a renovated building: La Maison Stony.

Garance is an eco-gîte in the heart of a wine estate, Le Domaine du Château de Stony, producer of organic wines between Sète and Montpellier, in Frontignan-Lapeyrade.
Located in the "ramonétage", the former residence of the steward, this Holiday cottage has been completely renovated with respect for the old building, using natural, healthy materials (wood, lime, bio-sourced insulation).

The 80m2 duplex Holiday cottage "Garance", suitable for 6 to 7 people, comprises on the ground floor: 1 living room with kitchenette, dining room and lounge; and a lovely terrace facing the vineyards.
Upstairs: a bedroom (bed 140x200), a 2nd bedroom with 1 pull-out bed 90x200 (+ additional bed 80x190) and on the large mezzanine a 1 single bed + 2 beds 80x200 possible in large bed 160x200.
For your winter evenings, relax in the living room by the efficient wood stove and electric heating.
4kwh/day/pers are included in the rental price, any excess consumption must be paid on departure (current EDF rate) and firewood is provided.
There's no air-conditioning, but the Holiday cottage is very well insulated and has been designed from the outset to keep cool in summer. Fans are available.

Outside: in fine weather, enjoy a small terrace overlooking the vineyards. Barbecue shared by all 3 Holiday cottages.
Reading material and games are available for good times with family or friends. Baby Equipment on request

From the estate, you can explore the garrigue on foot or by bike. We have been awarded the "Accueil Vélo" label, and bikes can be borrowed or hired from our local service provider. The greenway is 1.8km away.
It's also an opportunity to discover the winegrowing business, with a visit to the cellar and tasting of the different vintages if you wish.

You'll be close to the beaches of Frontignan (10 min by car), Sète (6 km), the Etang de Thau, Les Aresquiers, or 1 km from the Massif de la Gardiole, Pézenas, Lake Salagou...
