The fully self-contained apartment is located on the first floor of a small building, and offers a modern, bright and Sea-facing atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a three-burner hob, microwave oven, mini-oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, washing machine and Senseo coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals. The comfortable, well-appointed lounge area includes a sofa, a modular coffee table suitable for Telework, a TV, WiFi and a Bluetooth radio.
The bathroom has a washbasin and bathtub, while the toilet is separate for added comfort.
The sleeping area includes a 140×190 cm double bed.
A small, shaded terrace offers a pleasant view of the port and the Sea. Here you'll find a table and chairs for enjoying meals al fresco, or simply observing the activity on the Sea front.
Board games are also available for evening entertainment.
Air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay all year round.
Parking is easy: one parking lot in front of the property (paid in summer and free from 16/09 to 14/06), and a second free parking lot 10 minutes' walk away all year round.
