In the heart of a hamlet, enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends in this former sheepfold renovated into a modern and pleasant gîte, all on a large wooded estate with plenty of outdoor space! You'll be able to relax inside the pleasant, well-decorated gîte, lounge by the shared Piscine or stroll around the estate's green spaces. Nearby, you can discover the charming winegrowing village of Saint-Pargoire, a typical Languedoc village curled up like a snail and bordered by garrigues and vines, with its church and historic center. Nearby, take advantage of Lake du Salagou, offering water sports and Hiking in a unique landscape. And don't forget to visit the famous village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, and take a hike along its famous steep paths. You can also visit the medieval village of Pézenas, with its superb historic center, boutiques and craft workshops.

The Holiday cottage (air-conditioned) comprises: - A living room with a lounge/dining area and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, coffee machine... - A bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a large TV; - A Mezzanine bed room with three 90x200cm single beds, ideal for Kids; - A bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and WC; - Plenty of outdoor space: a heated swimming pool shared with the estate's Bed and breakfast rooms, a private terrace with garden furniture, a relaxation area for young and old with games for Kids and a petanque pitch, relaxation areas in the garden, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue... Parking on site, electric recharging point available on request.
