Nestled in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc mountains, this authentic Holiday cottage invites you to enjoy unspoilt natural surroundings and the peace and freshness of high-altitude summers. Close to the Raviège, Vézoles and Laouzas lakes, it's an ideal base for Hiking, outdoor activities and relaxation.

This family-run Holiday cottage is located 10 km from La Salvetat sur Agout, in the heart of the forest that brands the Haut-Languedoc region. The unspoilt natural environment offers a real break from the hustle and bustle, with a cooler climate in summer and the appreciable advantage of virtually no mosquitoes. You'll soon be on your way to Lake Raviège and its Nautical Base, a hub of activities for the whole family, with paddleboats, inflatables and pedalos. Hikers will find a multitude of trails, from the simple family circuit to the famous 1000 steps trail. Further afield, the landscapes of Lake Laouzas, the forests where mushrooms are picked in autumn, and the narrow streets of Saint Pons de Thomières round off a pleasant outing. Kids will love the many activities on offer in the area, such as honey-making, fishing and treasure hunts, while mountain bikers will enjoy the marked routes of the Haut-Languedoc. The Holiday cottage Plein Sud has its own entrance under its covered terrace, allowing you to eat outside when the weather is uncertain. It also has a small terrace overlooking a large field in bloom. The Holiday cottage is adjoined by 2 other Holiday cottages in a beautiful stone building, a former sheepfold. It is located in the owners' grounds. Each gîte has its own entrance, private terrace and garden. The living area includes an open-plan kitchen with filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a dining area with family table and a sitting area with sofa and TV. Upstairs is the sleeping area, where you'll find a shower room (shower and washbasin), separate toilet and three comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: one 140x190 bed, 9 m2 Bedroom 2: two 90x190 beds, 8.5 m2 Bedroom 3: two 90x190 beds, 12 m2 Outside, you'll enjoy a private sheltered terrace with table and chairs in front of the entrance to your Holiday cottage.
A large shared garden offers a wide range of leisure activities, including a heated swimming pool (7.5 x 4), open from 15-06 to 15-09, secured by barrier and gate, as well as ping pong, billiards, table soccer, a soccer cage, a volleyball-badminton net with rackets and shuttlecocks, and a pedalo accessible from the property's small pool. A room with a library, board games and a washing machine, as well as a bike shed, are also available. Optional cleaning (60 euros) and linen+towels kit (10 euros per person) to be paid for on site if required. The Holiday cottage has wood central heating and a wood-burning stove (1st batch free, then extra 10€).
