Located in the charming village of Caux, just a few minutes from Pézenas and in the heart of the Hérault region, this Holiday cottage is an excellent starting point for discovering an area rich in heritage and contrasting landscapes. Pézenas, the former city of the States of Languedoc, is famous for its mansions, arts and crafts and cultural atmosphere. Further afield, Agde and Béziers reveal their thousand-year-old history, while Marseillan, the Etang de Thau and the Mediterranean coastline invite you to discover the ports, beaches and local gastronomy. Nature lovers will also appreciate Lake Salagou and the stunning landscapes of the Cirque de Mourèze, perfect for Hiking and nature getaways. Set on one level in a beautiful stone building comprising a second gîte (upstairs), and the owners' accommodation, this modern and comfortable accommodation is perfectly suited to a couple's stay. The living room includes a lounge with sofa, coffee table, TV and wifi connection, a dining area with a small round table, as well as a functional open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, two hotplates and a Nespresso coffee maker. The living room overlooks the garden with its Piscine, and is air-conditioned for summer comfort. Next is a 20m2 bedroom with a 180 x 200 king-size bed, and an open-plan bathroom (bath, shower and washbasin). A separate toilet completes the interior layout. Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace shared with the 2nd Holiday cottage, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, ideal for meals and relaxation; as well as a lovely shared swimming pool, secured by an alarm and accessible until 8pm.
