Domaine Condamines - La Lucque

Just 5 minutes from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the Gorges de l'Hérault, and 40 minutes from Montpellier and the coastal beaches, Domaine des Condamines is a 6-hectare former vineyard.
The access road stops at the entrance to the estate, the road and the first houses are 1 km away, and all you hear is silence, birds and cicadas, and all you see is vines, olive trees and mountains.
The buildings consist of an old Languedoc stone farmhouse built in 1830 and a 225 m2 farm building with 4.50 m ceilings converted into 3 large gîtes. Each gîte has its own independent garden, its own walls in the colors of the South and its own shower room in old stone or travertine.
Outside, the grounds feature footpaths planted with Mediterranean flowers, a vast expanse planted with cypress and pine trees, a small shady pine forest and a large, secure landscaped garden in the middle of which is the swimming pool with its vast teak deck.
