Situated just 1 km from the village, this accommodation is set in an 8-hectare estate, offering an environment of rare tranquility. Housed in an 18th-century building that includes two other Holiday cottages and the owner's residence, this two-storey Holiday cottage combines historic charm with modern comforts. The ground-floor living rooms are spacious and bright, while the outdoor spaces are vast, with a large shared, heated and fenced swimming pool and a private area with garden furniture.

Nearby, you can visit Béziers and discover the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi, while L'Oppidum d'Ensérune and the Abbaye de Fontcaude immerse you in the region's rich history.

First floor:
- Living area with corner sofa and TV.
- Dining room/kitchen with large table seating 6.
- Separate WC.

1st floor:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 160x200 and 1 140x190) and private shower room/WC.

Outside area:
- Communal grounds with private area: garden furniture, outdoor play area, gas plancha.

    Lieu cocooning

    Un très joli endroit, accueil parfait par la propriétaire, en toute convivialité.
    Le gîte est très agréable, très propre, on s'y sent bien.
    Venues à trois, nous apprécions nos trois chambres avec salle de bain et WC individuels, situees à l'étage
    Nous reviendrons !!!!

    Superbe gite !

    Charmant gîte qui allie la beauté de l’ancien au confort du moderne. Très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé.
    La piscine est très belle et agréable.
    La propriétaire gentille et disponible.
    Endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille.

    Un séjour parfait !

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Maraussan. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel, soigné et a un cachet fou.
    Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous dans cette demeure familiale. Nous avons adoré les soirées dehors aussi bien que les baignades quotidiennes dans la piscine du domaine.
    La région est de plus très belle et offre une multitude de choses à faire (plages, visites d'abbayes, de grottes, de villes charmantes).
    Notre seul regret a été que les vacances sont passées trop vite à notre goût !
