In a secure residence 800 meters from the beach, this apartment has been completely and tastefully renovated. It includes air conditioning.
After entering, you'll find yourself in the living area, which includes a living room with TV, opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, etc.).
This bright living space gives access to the terrace with garden furniture and a corner for reading or relaxing.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower and private washing machine, the separate WC and finally the bedroom with double bed (140cm).
Upstairs is a second bedroom with a double bed (140). Access to this second bedroom is via a steep staircase, less suitable for the elderly or those with physical difficulties.
A parking space is available inside the residence. Free public parking is available opposite the residence. Accommodation close to all amenities (pharmacy, restaurant, grocery store, etc.) within a 5/10 minute walk.
Sheets and towels are optional, but cleaning is included in the price.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Cap d'Agde, Marseillan, Sète, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Béziers, Pézenas, Canal du Midi, water sports, beaches.

5/5Situation géographique idéale, à 500m à pied des plages et du centre de Le Môle. L'appartement est dans un environnement calme et sécurisé. Appartement entièrement refait à neuf, belles prestations. Pas de vis à vis mais nous sommes venu la première semaine de septembre, donc peu de monde dans la résidence. Très bon accueil.

4.5/5Appartement joliment décoré, bien situé, cuisine équipée et belle terrasse au calme.
Manque juste un aspirateur.
Chambre du dessus avec un ventilateur mais non climatisée (ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce) donc difficilement vivable lors de forte chaleur car sous les toits.- Cleanliness 4/5

4.5/5Gîte idéalement situé à 800m de la plage et proche de tous commerces. Il a été rénové récemment et bénéficie de tout le confort ainsi que d'une belle décoration. Hôtes accueillantes et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
