After the entrance, you'll find yourself in the living area, comprising a living room with TV, opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker, etc.).
This bright living space gives access to the terrace with garden furniture and a corner for reading or relaxing.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower and private washing machine, the separate WC and finally the bedroom with double bed (140cm).
Upstairs is a second bedroom with a double bed (140). Access to this second bedroom is via a steep staircase, less suitable for the elderly or those with physical difficulties.


Parking is available inside the residence. Free public parking is available opposite the residence. Accommodation close to all amenities (pharmacy, restaurant, grocery store, etc.) within a 5/10 minute walk.
Sheets and towels are optional, but cleaning is included in the price.


TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Cap d'Agde, Marseillan, Sète, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Béziers, Pézenas, Canal du Midi, water sports, beaches.

    Week-end au Cap

    Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sandrine. L'appartement d'Emma est chaleureux et décoré avec soin, on s'y sent bien immédiatement. Il est très lumineux (même les jours de pluie) et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il ne manque rien.

    Petit séjour

    Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Gite impeccable. Nous avons profité de ce séjour pour voir les illuminations de Béziers, c'est magnifique.

    Super !

    Appartement refait à neuf, décoré avec goût et équipé avec du matériel de qualité.
    Les propriétaires sont très réactives et à l’écoute : nous n’avions pas d’accès Internet à notre arrivée, et dès le lundi elles nous ont installé une box SFR que nous avons pu utiliser toute la semaine — un vrai plus !

    L’emplacement est idéal : le NTC se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied, tout comme les commerces et la plage.
    La résidence est fermée, sécurisée, et dispose d’une place de parking attribuée.
    Le quartier est calme, parfait pour un séjour reposant.

    Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

    Notre séjour c'est bien déroulé. Le logement est joli et la résidence calme, proche des commerces, du port et des plages.
    Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de Wifi.
    La propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à toutes questions.

    Appartement joliment décoré, bien situé, cuisine équipée et belle terrasse au calme.
    Manque juste un aspirateur.
    Chambre du dessus avec un ventilateur mais non climatisée (ce qui n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce) donc difficilement vivable lors de forte chaleur car sous les toits.
